This was the second time that I listened to A Tale of Two Cities, and it was one of the few books that I found even more enjoyable the second time round. One of the best works by Dickens in my opinion.

It’s Dickens, I could not imagine myself able to add to his greatness with anything I have to say. This is one of my top 10 books.

This book was so so much better than I thought it was going to be. I read it as an inbetween book between Melmoth The Wanderer, and my next book, The Count Of Monte Cristo. But, it’s really so very good. Long live Sydney Carton, the greatest man ever written.
