I had to read this book for second time because I thought I lost information. Then I was just loving more this story. I love romantic and drama books and this books have it all. Well done Eden! I'm waiting and ready for the third book.

what in the everloving HELL just happened? callum is dorian’s grandfather? and he had to kill him? i honestly have no words right now. dorian is so fucking broken because of charlie’s murder. i feel so bad for him. and sloane’s dad seemed suspicious. ugh i don’t fucking know. but i think that sloane could be good for dorian. maybe she can help him and his boys be a little less psycho. now onto the next book.

Coming into this book, I figured that Dorian would be like his Dad, Royal. Yes, there are similarities, but if Dorian isn't in a whole league of his own. His chemistry he has with Sloane is off the charts!
I really like Sloane. She pushes all of Dorian's buttons, which just makes their attraction towards each other even more magnetic. Her and her brother, Bru, have recently experienced a loss, but she has always somewhat taken care of him.

I only got through this book because I don’t like to leave things unfinished. The sentence structure and flow of writing is confusing and makes no sense. It’s extremely toxic and not in a good way. Reads like a badly written Wattpad work. At the end of the day the plot wasn’t even that interesting. Do not recommend.
