DNF @ 28% and I'm mad I even spent that much time on it. Weak FMC who is literally panting for sex as she's being threatened, and who acts without caring what consequences her brother will later face. Worst of all: so much inner monologue I'd forget what the conversations were about before the next sentence even dropped.
Tiktok convinced me to read this book. With all the hype I was like its going to be amazing from go but it was slow until about page 200 if you can stay with it until then you will like it. It does end on a cliffhanger but I think this series may get better with the next book. The characters appear to be really well defined and have the potential for amazing things.

A lot happens in this book; it gets dark and tense real quick.
I wasn't sure what to expect; Dirty Wicked Prince kept showing up on my Instagram feed, so I had to read it, and I wasn't disappointed. The plot was brilliant; it gave off Elite vibes and produced fantastic plot twists. However, the romance aspect was questionable; it went from zero to 100 out of nowhere, and that whole pool scene was disgusting; that was sexual assault, and it should have been dealt with differently; not brushed off as being nothing serious.
Nonetheless, I look forward to reading the next book in the Court Legacy series, as many questions were left unanswered.

I feel like all 3 books could’ve been squashed into one or maybe 2. Just dragged it out a bit.
I really don't know why I bought this in the first place but I did and as a romance book it wasn't bad. The story was a little convenient and stretched at times, but it entertained me just like it was supposed to do. The writing felt a bit... Unpolished. Lots of repetitions, missing words, misspelled words, punctuation mistakes, etc. I feel like considering this was not the author's first book it was a bit disappointing. But as I said, it was entertaining enough.
