Apparently I've found a trope I really like in my romance novels: celebrity and regular person get together.

(free review copy) Well, this was just plain adorable! Music megastar + grumpy cinnamon roll baker + tiny town with a lovable cast of supporting characters = pure comfort read. I'm excited to read more by Adams now that I finally read this one after much raving by bookish friends!

Sarah Adams wrote another hit book with When in Rome. The book was very light hearted, it had me laughing out loud, smiling, and wishing I had my own Noah

3.5 stars - The chemistry was decent, but the main conflict of “oh we can’t be together!!!” felt very repetitive. I also didn’t really appreciate how much this veered into instalove territory and the cheesiness that comes along with that.
