C'est triste, mais c'est mignon et remplit de joie. Les personnages et leur histoire était très émouvant pour moi, mais je n'ai pas pleuré.

A very beautiful story, although the idea of taking her grandmother for a road trip was maybe nice the execution was terrible, but in the end the story shows how happy it makes the grandma and how the two characters connect together and to the past.
And the grandma seeming to be very excited to be doing some silly illegal/dangerous things. 
The ending was a bit weird and I'm not sure I understood all of it.

Confesso que comprei este livro pela capa, que é linda, mas também a sinopse me deixou rendida, por me dizer tanto. 
Tendo tido os meus dois avós paternos com Alzheimer, encontrei nesta avó uma fiel caracterização da angústia e inocência que lhes via, tanto nas palavras como nas expressões corporais tão bem desenhadas pela autora. 
Este livro é absolutamente maravilhoso e conquistou o meu coração ao fazer-me balançar entre as saudades, as memórias e a gratidão. 
Minha avó Maria e meu avô Manel, nunca vos esqueço.
