I thought this was just fine, it was sweet and they paired really well with each other. it's just there wasn't really anything special about this book y'know, it's not bad just pretty standard and average.

I've decided to give this a 5 star rating. simply because I cant stop thinking about it. i think about them all the time honestly. EVen though there was nothing show-stopping about their story, I think I love it.

After listening to the audiobook by Angela Dawe I love it more. I felt it more. The chemistry and their connection. So now I give it 5 stars.

4 stars. It was good, but there was something missing. I’m not totally sure what...maybe the lack of total loss of control in Claire. Or that I would have liked people (maybe Claire’s parents and Lana’s sister) knowing that is what fake but playing like they didn’t because they were good for eachother. And I wanted Mercedes to find out it was real... Like I said something was missing for me.

Was having kind of a dud read streak so went to my library and pulled out one of the faves for a reread! If you haven’t read this yet you’re missing out! Just as funny and entertaining as I remember!

This book exemplifies the best use of the "fake relationship" trope I have ever seen. I was impressed by pretty much everything about this book's execution: the likable characters, the semi-believable plot (where at least everyone involved knew how ridiculous the situation was), the slow burn romance with tons of sexual tension, and the well-written sex scenes that were actually realistic (if a bit over the top, in typical romance novel style). All in all, I just really enjoyed this one! Sweet, funny, sexy fluff all around.
