Marked as DNF for statistical purposes; skimmed and took notes for my own records.

[3.5*] Interesting - most stuff either not relevant or fairly basic but got a few new bits here and there.

One of the best books I could have found on the theme. Cunningham is on his way to become one of my favorite authors, and I'm definitely reading another of his books.
This one in particular provides many answers to questions I had long ago and others I didn't know I had, with also a lot of valuable information on different topics and aspects i couldn't understand.
The best part of it was the last one with the steps to create our own tradition. Not only serves their purpose, but also give a more interesting insight on the religion. Simply priceless!

I liked this book a lot more than Solitary Practitioner. I think Cunningham went past the surface level and didn't leave you hanging as it felt with the prior work. There are times when the writing or subject matter is a little repetitive but overall a solid read. I'm not Wiccan, but I do think practitioners should read this book to learn about our history. When it was taboo to talk about these things openly. It will give you an appreciation for where we are now and encourage others to keep moving forward.

I read this book for research purposes and it was informative for what living as a Wiccan looks like and gave guidance for those who are looking to join the practice.
