Struggled to get into this book! Not sure if it was due to reading a fantasy prior that I rated 5⭐️ or if it was the book its self!
I did enjoy it rhe more it went on but I kept finding myself being distracted or a little bored!
It was a good filler book, and was fun to get to know the parents and get the POVs on everything that was happening and it tied together things that happened in book 8. I'm intrigued to see where the story goes in book 9 but I'm a little worried I'll feel the same with that book as I did this one!
