Carly and Beck...they were a teenage love. An accident that put Beck in the path of an old neighbor from Eden opened up a can of worms and sent him back to the little paradise on the Gulf and straight into the path of the girl whose heart he broke. This is a second chance, best friends little sister, friends to lovers to enemies to lovers romance. It's filled with heart, steam, suspense, funny old people, and an amazing conclusion to this 4 author 4 book interconnected series. If you haven't read all the books, I highly recommend you do so. Tia, you may have knocked my couple's hierarchy around in the series with Beck and Carly.

Such an awesome conclusion to the Bayside Heroes series and another first time author read for me. Beck and Carly are childhood friends that had their chance many years ago but lies are told and relationships were broken. Now, both of them are back in the same town and those feelings never went away. They are unable to resist each other and lines get blurred for Carly. Beck know what he wants and he’s going for it. This second chance romance was perfect and the steaminess of it was off the charts.

I love a good second chance story & Tangled Up did not disappoint.

From childhood sweethearts to complete strangers…Until one highway pileup and fate put Beck & Carly back in each other’s worlds. Their chemistry is off the charts & it’s like life never got in their way.

They are seriously cute & super sexy together. I was rooting for them from the beginning. Carly has such a good heart & I love her mission. And Beck…hello swoon worthy hot doctor who love his geriatric patients

I enjoyed this story overall.

The back and forth was a little hard to follow.

The mystery surrounding the female main character wasn’t my fave as mystery stories just aren’t my favorite to read. Especially since this is a romance and the element of surprise on how it turns out is shit in the foot. HOWEVER the love story element between Beck and Carly was lovely and second chance stories are like crack to me lol

The narrators: Troy Duran is maybe a tad old for this role but he is a very talented performer and keeps you engaged. He has a lovely gravel to his voice.

Samantha Brentmoor is also quite the talent. Her guy voice can be off sometimes but it really doesn’t take you out of the story.

I was sucked into this book the moment I started reading it. Beck and Carly are brought back to their hometown after certain events in their lives and its clear these two still have so much chemistry and still love each other. There is a lot of hurt and betrayal from their pasts that factor into trying a relationship again but Beck is not giving up this time. Beck will make you swoon in his pursuit of Carly and even though she doesn’t want to get hurt again, she can’t help her feelings for him. I love the small town and all of their quirky characters. There is mystery and suspense that keeps you guessing what is going to happen next. Tia gave us a fun, emotional and suspenseful book that I couldn’t get enough of and you won’t want to miss this one.

This was definitely my favorite of the series, Beck and Carly were perfect and I fell in love with them from the beginning. I loved the suspense, the drama and the romance. They had a mind blowing chemistry and their steamy scenes were the best. I loved all of their scenes together and their story got me hooked from the first chapter.

I love second chance romances and while Beck had a lot to grovel for, their attraction was as strong as it was from when they were teenagers so they couldn’t keep their hands off each other. Carly was afraid he was going to hurt her again but she couldn’t deny she never stopped loving him and sparks flew whenever they were together.

They were both grown up now so Beck knew what to do to reassure her he wasn’t going anywhere and that she was the most important person to him. They spent a lot of time together and Carly slowly realized she never wanted to be apart from Beck.

The last chapters were the most captivating, I really wanted to know what was going to happen next and I loved how everything turned out for them, after all they went through they deserved their HEA and more.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

This was the final book in this series and Beck was a character who had been around the other characters in the other books, but we hadn’t gotten a good look into his life. Part of it is because during the time all these stories were taking place, he was actually out of town. At a mansion he owned in the small town where one of his former best friends, also first loves, Carly, lives. Carly didn’t live in the town anymore either, but she had to go back due to some things that were putting her in danger with her job. I liked how we got a lot of fun characters in this new small town, while still a little bit of time spent with our favorite characters here and there from the other books. But all the characters in this small town were also ones I would love to spend time with, seeing some of them get their own HEAs. Another thing I really liked about this story is how the couple was able to get back together sooner, and the final big dramatic part of the book wasn’t them breaking up over a silly misunderstanding.

From the blurb you get a little bit of a hint about something that happened in the past that kept Beck away from Carly, but we learn all the details as the story progresses and I like the way they all fit in. In a way I think Beck and Carly both overreacted to the things that drove them apart, but in the end as I said, they were able to communicate and get back what they’d had before, but even better. Oh, I also was a fan of how the author could start a new chapter/scene in the middle of sexy times. Instead of it always being something we had to get the whole scene. It makes it so you can still enjoy those scenes, but they don’t become the whole concentration of a chapter instead of other events that might happen.

A great story and I hope to finally read more by this author in the future, maybe with some of the characters we met in this one?

I love Tia Louise and Tangled Up is no exception. Right away Beck and Carly drew me in and I had to know everything as fast as I could. Before I knew it I was done. And Beck's dirty talk, chef's kiss!

Beck and Carly have known each other since they were kids. First, he was her brother's best friend until eventually, they let her join them. They fell in love but after the death of his mother, Beck let his grief take over and instead of turning to her he pulled away.

When someone from his past ends up at his hospital, Beck is blasted with memories of the one that got away. It also prompts him to return to the home his mother left him and to check on his patient. No just never expected to run into Carly while he was there.

Carly only happens to be there because her boss has forced her away from work.

Beck knows he has to try to win her back because she's the only one for him.

Thanks so much to the author and Grey's PR for this ARC to review.

Give a great sexy doc, a second chance romance and I’m all set up for a few hours.
Loved the feeling of close families and this story shared it in spares.
I didn’t agreed with his actions at all times but he redeemed himself along the way.
Can’t say I actually liked the suspense side story because I’m not in the US and have no idea how it works when it comes to decisions about neglect.
Great story overall.
