Truth-telling read
In her essays, the author covered a bunch of themes related to grief as well as the repercussions the past has on us. I could not give it 5 stars since it did not have that click for me, but I related to most of the essays in the book. Given how they are written (not only do they contain a discussion on a certain topic, but also the author's experience on the topic), it is easier to grasp than most of the books of this kind and I would gladly recommend it to anyone willing to give it a shot.

If you're looking for essays that are beautifully written, that say a lot in such accessible prose, Read this now. If you have any interest in this particular content, these essays are short, but that doesn't make them any less readable. I devoured this quickly.
