Easy college sports romance. Garrett begins as an ass, but ends up sweet and wonderful. Like that there was some complexity to the characters. Could see the conflict coming, but it ended up being minor.

Easy college hockey romance with surprising depth. Garrett transforms from cocky BMOC to sweet, thoughtful boyfriend - probably unrealistically quick but wonderful. Both have difficult backstories and support each other through their issues in healthy ways. Garret is patient, supportive, and kind. Third act breakup due to his father’s interference, but Garrett realizes something’s off and pursues the truth. Low internal conflict. My favorite of the Off-Campus series and a reliable comfort reread - this is my third time through and I’ll definitely read it again. Love the relationship between the two.

Okay, the main reason I picked this up in general was because @bookbrowsingblog was raving about this series in her vlogs that I was catching up on and decided on a whim to read it.
I struggle with ebooks. But romance, NA, type books? I guess they grip me and hook me in because I literally binged this in like 24 hours collectedly reading. It was wild. I don’t read ebooks often but this one just sucked me in.
It was good!! I enjoyed our characters, I enjoy the college setting, I enjoy hockey and her being a singer. It was a whole heck of a lot of fun!
I’m undecided if I’ll read more of the series since it’s companion books but maybe eventually I’ll read the next one!
