I guess this one just wasn’t for me. Definitely a fast paced plot, but it felt like it was written to be a screenplay more than a movie. It felt very YA overall, and I just did not have a connection to any of these characters or even the plot, honestly. The beginning started out cool and I enjoyed the time jumps, but just eventually got sick of until book…to be honest. Will not be continuing.

dude this book is so TASTY. i was so invested literally from like the first 3 chapters. the characters, the story line… yeah V.E. Schwab killed with this one
