The ending was amazing. However this story follows the typical YA love story. End up together, something happens and they break up, then they end up back together at the end. But I didn’t mind at all I enjoyed every bit.
I felt like a cute contemporary and that is what I got. It was so heartwarming and adorable. I've wanted to read this for a while so I'm happy I finally got a chance to read it.
This was cute. It wasn't the best writing and it was a little predictable but it was a sweet story.
Certes, le sujet de base est déjà vu: une histoire d'amour impossible entre une pompom girl blanche et friquée, et un mexicain fauché d'une petite ville paumée et raciste des Etats Unis, mais pour autant, ce livre se dévore grâce à la répartie des deux auteurs, au rythme de l'histoire et à la double narration qui nous fait tourner les pages toujours plus vite!

Just finished rereading it and it is till as good as I remember. Although Brittany tends to annoy me still.
I need a second book of Alex and Brittany while they are in college. The epilogue goes to 23 years later. I need to know what happened in those 23 years! I know the second book of this series is about his brother Carlos. Looking forward to reading the second book of this series soon.
It is a good book to read when I have my mind set on low activity. Otherwise I would have made comments on every sentence. It is not a bad written book. It is just not my cup of tea, but I have to say that the book trailer was funny. The book trailer was my main reason for reading it.
This book somehow reminds me of Romeo & Juliet, even though, I don’t think these books should be compared. The star-crossed lovers in Perfect Chemistry aren’t like the star-crossed lovers in Shakespeare’s play. The idea of star-crossed lovers is a classic when it comes to love stories in books. Nowadays, most classic love stories have a modern twist. This book is a good example of modern love stories.
I prefer reading fantasy, but occasionally I like to read a book out of my comfort zone. This book was fine to read with my mind set on not thinking too much. It hasn’t changed my opinion on the romance genre. I think I will stick with fantasy books for a while.
