Juliette benar-benar nyaris sampai titik akhir perjuangannya.
Paling gak mereka berhasil matiin satu lagi.

Still enjoying the series and now excited for the final book, but I didn't enjoy this one as much. Not sure why. Slower? Out of all the things Julz does in these books, I was unhappy with her lying about the drugs in this one. I don't even know why, but I just didn't want to give her leeway on it. But I think that's a personal thing. Also, the stuff that happened at the very very end (cliffhanger) came out of frickin nowhere. Not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing....guess I will have to see with the finale.

So glad to see Juliette sailing away with her 3 men in shining armour and can't wait to hear more about Jason, elliott and Luis.

I don’t usually give half star ratings (because I think it’s pointless with how this website is setup) but fuck it because even though I’m reading this as one bind-up I’ve decided to also write reviews for each part (even though I still stand by the fact this should have been one book) so I feel like these reviews kind of don’t count—2.5 stars. A lot of people don’t like when a story has a surprise pregnancy element, but I kind of like it in a book? I like that it raises the stakes.

* I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

"Two Roads. Two choices. To let go? To give up? No. I would never – will never- give up."

Two Roads was different from the five books before it. It was more raw and emotional than full of dead bodies and bomb explosions.

After the craziness of the previous books. Juliette, Elliott, Jase as well as that one mysterious character from Three Years, are hiding out where no one can find them. Now that Dornan is gunning for them, they need to keep low for a little bit. At first, I thought I was going to miss the craziness from book five, but Two Roads had a different kind of craziness.

After having Dornan injecting her with heroin for the past few months Juliette has become the person she never wanted to be, an addict. Of course, she hides this from Jase. I wasn't too happy with her at this point and thought it would've been best to have Jase at her side as a support system rather than hiding what was going on.

I can honestly say this one was one of my favorites in the series. All the happy scenes between Jase and Juliette were heart-warming and exactly what I was waiting for this whole time. But not everything were laughs and cuddles. A great tragedy occurs and we finally see these characters in a more vulnerable light. Their hearts may have been shattered, but they picked those pieces back up and are now even more willing to seek revenge on Dornan.

Overall, I really enjoyed this part of the serial. Like I have mentioned before, it was definitely one of my favorites so far. I cannot wait to see Dornan meet his end, as bad as that sounds, but after everything he has done to these characters, he deserves it. The characters go through hell and make and it just made them grow and become stronger. I can't wait to see how this story concludes.

5 OMG stars!

Okay, so by now, I must sound like a broken record when it comes to the Gypsy Brothers but OMG what did I just read? Lili really knows how to break a girl's heart and keep on smashing the tiny tiny tiny pieces that are left on the hard, cold ground. That being said, I loved every minute of that pain, because if you thought the previous books were hard to read, this will surprise you, it actually made me cry like a baby.

We, the readers through Julz's story, have come a long way from the first book and each one is another punch in the stomach. Like always, I don't want to spoil because that's the beauty of this series, the element of - constant - surprise. Julz and Jase have been through hell at the hands of Dornan Ross and now that the worst seem to be over, I was curious to see how their new situation was going to affect them both.

“Two Roads. Two choices. To let go? To give up?
No. I would never – will never- give up.
I take the road less traveled. I write my own fate.
I deliver my own justice.
I wreak my own special brand of revenge.
And I won’t stop, until they’re all dead, until it’s all done, until I wipe Dornan Ross from the face of this earth.”

Their world, filled with vengeance and blood as it is, is a hard on to be a part of, so of course, along the way both of them have lost a part of themselves, the last book was about Jase's story and how he came to be a part of something he wanted to have nothing to do with. And now, on top of everything they have both lost, they are facing another tragedy together.

That's me when I think about it. Damn you, Dornan Ross!

What I found hard to read though, to think that Jase had to go through that, was his story with Julz's father and how Jase ended up killing him in order to prove himself, well, sort of anyway.

After the ending, I'm geniunly afraid to read the next one because there is no way out of it right now and I've come to love those two and want a happy ending for them, as hard as that can be to achieve. For the fans of this series, grab some tissues and read it, for those of you that are waiting for it to be complete, grab some tissues and read it.
