This one started out really strong but pooped out a bit. I LOVED the characters and the fun, quick style of writing. The obstacles that got between the lead characters getting together because silly and tedious. For that reason I'm giving it 3 stars. I will likely give this author another try. The writing really was an otherwise good time.

This book was so beautiful! Maybe even the best I’ve read this year. Des and Sadie were so great together! And Sadie’s family was such a crazy one, but it was perfect all together. ❤️

Cute beach read

This was a cute, simple, and somewhat predictable read. I used audible version for most of it - the reader's voice of the different characters was sometimes annoying.

I was looking for Sophie Kinsella-esque book for the flights I took over the weekend and this was recommended. It was certainly fluff, content wasn't all that exciting but it made me laugh and I cared about the characters so it met the travel-read requirements. There is some language and adult humor and situations.
