"You don't need to change anything about who you are to start yoga practice"

If your looking for a book that is so much more then just a technical yoga book, this book is just that. She shares her life story and how yoga changed her life, when she says that anyone can do yoga you as a reader feel that it is truly attainable.

If your looking for a quick read that will inspire you to try something a little different, with a few fun food recipes thrown in check this book out.

She also adds very nice yoga sequences , with very understandable explanations about the benefit of the poses.

I loved this book and it was not what I expected at all! I'm excited to see where my new Yoga journey takes me!

This book has everything I need in life: recipes, yoga asana tips, advice, kind words, personal reflection, and so much more! I loved every second of this. Rachel has a lifestyle I strive for, it speaks to me. I will be rereading this book frequently whenever I need a light to the path

I love this book for what it is-- a lovely memoir of a person whom I find interesting who is doing something that interests me (yoga), mixed with some little nuggets like nice affirmations, easy and yummy sounding recipes, and tips on some common yoga poses. I will not fault this book for what it is not, and has not claimed to be. It is not a comprehensive guide to yoga. It is not a treatise or instructional on certain styles of yoga or everything someone needs to know to begin a practice. It was an easy-to-read memoir about a lovely yogi, and I enjoyed it for that alone.

WOW. The book is so much more then just yoga poses.

My mum was the one who actually introduced me to "Yoga Girl"... This read was inspirational. From tough childhood, terribly teens too finding true love, Rachel's live is very interesting. It was amazing to see the power of meditation and yoga, and together what they can do for mind, body & soul.

I'm new to yoga, training on and off and I have always wanted to try meditation but this book has pushed me to take it more seriously and work hard but to love myself.

I highly recommend this is any fan of Rachel, anyone who likes yoga or wants to start. brilliant.

I feel like this book found me at the perfect time. A few weeks ago, I decided that it was time I really commit to my yoga and make it a part of my daily life. Within days, I could feel the physical and mindful benefits that practicing everyday does, and I was so excited to read this story of inspiration and practice. Now I just want to attend one of her workshops!

I've been following Rachel on social media for quite a long time now.
At first I saw the beautiful pictures she posts on instagram and then I noticed the even better captions that are like a ray of sunshine in my every day life. I love that yoga community on instagram. These teachers are always there to inspire us to become a better person toward people, the world but toward ourselves too.
She is one of the yoginis who inspired me to start a yoga practice and I'm so grateful for that.
I had the feeling that she was an amazing person from the interviews and blog articles I read of about her and this book completely confirmed that.
This book is full of insights on her life, her journey and the events that made her become the person she is today.
Thank you so much Rachel for this wonderful book.
