Wenn ich könnte würde ich null Sterne geben.
Scheiß Story, noch beschissenere Erzählperspektive, komplett irre Charaktere.

Another incredible story from Matt Haig!
The Possession of Mr Cave is an eerie, powerful account of the things a father will do, to keep his child safe.
The protagonist, Terrence Cave, is battling regrets from his life; which he has let build inside him, without dealing with. Another tragedy is added to his already long list, seemingly overflowing the cup, and sending Terrence into a spiral of dark thoughts, and even darker actions, in the name to keep his child safe.

I haven’t dnf a book in a year, but I really can’t spend another minute on this one. I’m sorry Matt Haig, it’s not you, it’s me.
It’s beautifully written and haunting, the theme is obviously really dark, but what bothers me the most is Mr. Cave’s character….like I physically recoil. THE TRAUMA. AND THE HATRED TOWARDS HIM IS EATING ME.
I would love to know what happens next, but unfortunately I chose happiness :)
