A reread from when I was younger. This series and Chris Colfer’s “The Land of Stories” series are essentially the same thing, but both have their strengths. This one’s is incorporating modern technology and lifestyle into fairy tale characters and situations.
Don't let the first book in a amazing book series fool you, you will become totally stuck on this book series. Everything about it was perfect and beyond mind-blowingly good!! 5 stars for sure!
Michael Buckley's Sisters Grimm series gives the girls out there a strong female protagonist for girls. The sisters don't fit the standard books for young readers targeted towards girls. The sister beginning with the first book to the end have to learn how to save themselves but also how to rely on the help of others with allowing them to grow and learn what type of person they want to be while fixing the wrongs and help those around them. The books have action, drama, love, friendship and humor all pact in one form.
This was a delightful and fun read! I'm looking forward to the rest of the series!
