I read this as research for one of my stories.

If you ever want to assure yourself that data can be used to prove any bias, this is the proof. Strong is a fervent racist like most Anglo-Saxon men of his time, though of course I doubt he would admit so much. In the post-Darwin period of Anglo-Saxons they believed in their innate superiority. The evidence presented is their imperialist success and the inventions of England and America. He sees Anglo-Saxons as opposed to the other savages of the world. He also believed it was a God-ordained mission for Anglo-Saxons to dominate the others. Tables of data proving Anglo-Saxon superiority in terms of physical attributes, invention, and economics are presented. It's absolutely horseshit but the tone is calm and scientific. It's very important to remember that for decades many scientists believed Anglo-Saxon superiority was the conclusion of Darwin's theory. Today it reads as stupid as you would think.

My rating of 1-star is very generous. -5 would be more accurate.
