Axel ... Raven ... Marc ... Brendon ... Corey ... Blake ... That's all I'm gonna say.

It was fine. At least, she's 'kind' of smart. (I think so...) Maybe, the author was just trying hard to make her a clever protagonist.
Oh the love story? you mean... I- kissed- him-I -liked- him STORIES Yes, plural.
-_-

Multiple love interests. Badass girl. Tough home problems. Sassyness. Perfect.

I read one Academy book, but it was a prequel, and didn't make much sense to me.
I was intrigued enough to want to try one of the other books, since they all get rave reviews.
Boy, am I ever glad I did. This book is awesome.

Lots of action, sizzle, great characters, great plot, a wild ride that keeps you on the edge of your seat and reading on to know more.

I will definitely read more C.L. Stone books, that's a guarantee. I'm a fan from now on.

Good start, and then it sank

I really wanted to give this book a shot even though I had read some pretty bad reviews about it. Some books the reviews aren't always correct but this one was pretty accurate. I wanted to like this book, and it started out pretty good but then things took a turn for the worst. I thought the main character was funny and strong and brave in the beginning of the book but about halfway through she turned into someone else. I like books that have multiple love interest but this one is a little crazy and unrealistic. I had to force myself to read through the last few chapters and even then I skipped over a lot of it.

What can I say? I was promised a slightly older ghost bird series and I was left with the most annoying MC ever. She’s dumb. I could go around and say she’s impulsive, she build walls around her so she wouldn’t get hurt, or even she’s scared of commitment, but I won’t, the truth is she’s dumb af and can’t just sit still for one fucking second even if it would save her life. Also, Blake may be part of the Harem but he made my skin crawl, the other love interests were great tho, so it’s a full one star for them.

Ya it's was ok read. Kinda a letdown since it has a great rating. Idk for me, it was too many guys and one girl and then the plot was meh and the writing a little dragging on. Other then that, it was a good read. Not gonna read the sequel tho.

2 1/2 stars.
