Dark, depraved, and I couldn’t get enough! Grant is not just morally gray, he’s soulless black and Abigail is his fallen angel.

This book....
This book was so much more than I thought it was going to be. Following Abagail and Grant and watching him fall in love with her, kind of like 50 shades, just DARKER. 5/5 for spiciness because this book did not disappoint on any level! 4/5 in general, I loved the book and it left me wanting more. I wish it was a tad bit longer but I cannot wait to see what comes next.

I feel like I haven’t read anything this dark in awhile. This was darker than I expected also. Grant is someone you don’t want to mess with. He’s got money to throw at anything, friends who are equally as deviant and depraved, and his appetite for all things dark is insatiable. While he’s had a revolving door with questionably consenting submissives, he may have finally found his dark horse in the world. Abigail is everything and nothing. She’s got no family, no friends, no connections. She’s disposable in the world of the dark and wicked and Grant is her master. Unbeknownst to Grant and Abigail, Abigail’s tastes are equally as dark and depraved as his. I loved seeing Grants whole world change for Abigail. She was everything he didn’t know he needed or wanted.

Overall I loved the story. The whole of the story was great, from the plot, to the characters, and the spice….sooo good! Everything about this was fire. I wouldn’t recommend this to everyone because the trigger warning is as long as a Rite Aid receipt but I would definitely recommend this to those who enjoy the darkness.

I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a copy.

PHEW! Got me sweating, grinding, moaning to a mess.

This book is just feeding my dom sub, master pet obsession. Grant is such a strong dominant, very pervy irl ngl (i'd be a bit creeped out) but in this story, he's just so perfect. He's a dirty evil dominant that know what he wants and doesn't backs down.

Often a dom sub story ends up to a romantic vanilla with a bit of rough fucking, but this one stays. I love, it doesn't dismiss the idea of having this nasty urges that both MCs has, it embraces them.

But there are some things that got me questioning, however the story doesn't end here, even though it's happy ending for Grant and Abigail, the series is not done, there's a bigger drama going on and I can't wait until they all unravels.

The writing is amazing and I love the pace. Even though I'd say they can't stop fucking and since Grant is such a powerful man, he can just do whatever he wants. But still, tho he sometimes has things to stress about and it keeps it real.

I recommend this book for those who are looking for a rough fucking with your dom, light bondage, water breath play, and doesn't like sharing (because the MMC hates it turns out). It's a bit scandalous but it's so fun.

I can't wait to read the 2nd book about Samuel, the Kid, he got fucked at the end I think from the epilogue and I can't wait till the series ends, even though I hate the idea of leaving them.

note: Abigail is so realistic, because yes me too girl, I'd be in love with Grant no matter what it is. Especially if 'that guy' left and you are not exactly in love with 'that guy'. Falling in love with Grant is just a sign that the previous guy wasn't it.

Cheers!

This is an ARC review.
Well, this was quite a book. From the start it had my head spinning. Grant is toxic sure but aren’t most of the morally grey men? That whole group is messed up, I won’t go into detail but wow, I can see why they have a cop following them around. Overall this book was spicy, dark and just plain delicious!
