Willow's life is completely upended after one simple party in the cemetery. She meets a mysterious stranger who helps bandage her up after her escape from that party, and upon arriving at her home, nothing will be the same.

It started a little bit slow and cryptic, but I think that was intentional. I really loved how Edgar helped guide her despite being a part of everything. Their sweet journey and realization of what they could be to each other was very good. I was truly scared for her when she entered into a Tombworld without Edgar, and I felt like that bit was well done. I loved that she was able to enter this world on her own terms, her character was very well done.

There were a few small grammar or tense issues that kept this from being a 5 star for me, and while I am familiar with the level of darkness in CM Tillman's work, some may want a disclaimer for some of the content.

I can't wait for the next one, because, HOLY CLIFFHANGER!!
