This series just gets better and better. I absolutely cannot read these books fast enough. But also upset I'll be finishing this series so soon. Also, where can I get my own Bambi?

SO MUCH KISSING, and a main character who is sort of annoying but you kind of like her anyway, even thought you kind of hate her because she's classically down on herself but has two super hot men who think she's the only woman in the world. Whatevs, I still had fun reading it. Armentrout does a good job of building a world full of demons and gargoyles while maintaining a fairly light and breezy tone despite other dark elements (murder, soul sucking, etc). Urban Fantasy Light? I don't know. More kissing.

For some reason the second book in a series tends to be my favorite and this was not any different. I loved this book! It was a perfect continuation of Layla's story. Did I flip ahead to see if Roth came back? Maybe. I was immediately drawn into the story and what was going happen with the Lillin. In true JLA fashion I could not put this book down. You know that the writing is good when you argue out loud with the characters. Again make sure you have the next book on hand because you will want to read it immediately.

4.5 stars!! So swoony and action packed, I loved it!

Dear baby Jesus I was not ready for this emotional rollercoaster. I have to say I loved the ending (even when the major plot twist of my life was in it) but it was hard for me to get throw the book. As I said before I am not a big fan of love triangle so reading this? Highly stressful for me ... BUT oh dear it was worth it.

Soon I’m gonna be writing a good review but I needed to let my feels go so I can start the third book and be ready to cry.
