Really enjoyed the tension in the love triangle and especially the individual scenes between the protagonist and love interests. Tbh if I hadn't known how it would end, I probably would have been disappointed with who she ended up with. Enjoyed the writing and plot of her next series more but the teen angst was so good! Very lovable characters

Another compelling read. Jennifer L. Armentrout is quickly becoming a go to author for me when I want an enjoyable read with an escape from reality--which is mainly all of 2020.
This book picks up with what happens after White Hot Kiss. There is more relationship drama (guilty pleasure!). Basically, when it comes to series, the best thing to say is if you enjoyed the previous book you'll like this one. Is it the same? No, but it's continuing in a way that draws you in and makes you want book three. Keep going on this series is my suggestion.

This was a great installment in the series. I love all of the twists and turns with the love triangle! Not to mention that crazy plot. I thought I could predict what was gonna happen but JLA knows how to keep you on your toes!! I'm definitely feeling all kinds of way after that crazy ending. Ready to move onto book 3!
