I have had my issues with these books. I am a card-carrying Browncoat so have high expectations of them and most didn't hit the mark. This one did - very enjoyable story that could easily have been an episode.
This book is peak Firefly. So much lore was revealed from Earth-That-Was to the Hands of Blue.
Possibly the most worthwhile firefly book as it adds some much needed universe building and with a fun adventure to boot.
