This book blew me away! 😱😱😱 5 star!!
It took me on a rollercoaster of emotions with so many unexpected twists and turns. I usually predict EVER THING in a story..., all of it... lol —including the ending
BUT not this time. I was genuinely surprised, and I loved every second of it. I can’t believe the average rating isn’t higher—this is a solid 5-star read in my opinion. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since I finished, and I can definitely see myself re-reading it in a year!

This was a solid read. I kept me interested throughout with its dramatic twists. It was a little slower than I would have liked.
The length of time it took me to finish is my fault, not due to the book. The book is really great! Lots of great twists and a fun read!

Damn!!! the backstabbing in this book is outrageous. I'm glad they met up at the end.
This was REALLY good and I couldn't put it down! Lee was a very successful woman until the pandemic hit and she lost her restaurant. Along with that, she also lost her family and friends. She became homeless and moved across the country. She is suffering significantly until she meets a wealthy housewife, who is also trying to escape her own life. She falls in love with a man named Jesse, who also has a few secrets up his sleeves.
