This is the second book I've read within this series, the first being Death by Coffee which I liked decently more than this one. With that being said I really enjoyed this cozy mystery and will continue picking up books within this series.

There were two big things I did not enjoy about this book; the first being that I guessed the killer kind of early on in the book, and the next is that our main character would walk right onto crime scenes and insert herself into every mystery even though she is no detective.

Surprisingly, neither of these issues hindered my enjoyment of this novel too majorly.

Death by Vanilla Latte by Alex Erickson is the fourth in the Bookstore Café series. Krissy's father, James Hancock, has come to visit Pine Hills to do a book signing. When his obnoxious agent is found murdered, James ends up being the prime suspect!

I really enjoyed this book and seeing the father-daughter relationship at work.
