For a thriller this one was wayyyyyy too slow to start for me. Once it picked up and got going it was good but too many parts felt cliche and contrived. The writing style reminded me of Ihli’s first book I read, Run on Red, which I didn’t love but I was giving things another chance after really enjoying Ask for Andrea. If you liked Run on Red you’ll probably enjoy this one.

A fast paced and disturbing read! I’m between a 4 and a 5, but going with the higher since it got me out of a reading slump. Once you start this one you won’t be able to stop because you need to know what is going to happen!
