I didn't realize this book would be so...straight forward.
I know this is loosely based on a true story but it would have been sooo much more interesting if Wes was secretly involved in with Miley's kidnapping. I really thought he was Fred's younger son based on a few lines and I was fully prepared to eat up him turning out to be an evil piece of shit. Alas...nada. Fine book, well written, but nothing very exciting IMO.
