I loved Lincoln in the last book of this series so I was super excited to read it. He’s a baseball player and happens to fall for someone who absolutely hates athletes thanks to some family issues. It was definitely an insta-love situation between them. It was cute seeing Lincoln try to date her. He started finding more purpose in his life than just baseball.  Dani kind of annoyed me though.  She did keep pushing him away no matter how hard he tried and no matter how much she was attracted to him. I didn’t quite feel the chemistry between the two. But I loved seeing him stand up for her at the end against her parents.

Locke does not disappoint. A stand alone, but getting to know Lincoln from Sway was a bonus.
Love the Landry family and can't wait for more of them.

Batter Up!

After reading Sway earlier this year, I couldn't wait to read about Lincoln Landry. This book did not disappoint. Fun, flirty, and full of banter. This book was well worth the wait. All the Landry's make appearances and you're left wanting to be adopted. There's even some fun nods to characters from other books. :)

Loved this one. Definitely my favorite of this series so far!

Lincoln is maybe my favorite (too hard to make a definite decision) Adriana Locke heroes! He made me swoon multiple times, while reading. I also really enjoyed how confident both he and Dani were. They said and did what they wanted and I fell so hard for that in this couple! Very refreshing to listen to!

I just binged her Gibson series and now I am making my way through the Landry's! Yes, I am very addicted.

Dani's parents....Speechless

As much as Dani tried to resist the force that was Lincoln Landry, she just couldn't manage it. She had her hangups about being with a ballplayer due to some issues in her past. You had to feel for Dani after hearing how she was treated by her parents.

Linc and Dani just fit. They liked each otger, they had fun together, and they understood one another.

I liked the Landry family and how the siblings interacted with each other and their parents. I also enjoyed the scene where Linc met Dani's parents.

I shouldn't have liked this book as much as I did because there were some things about Dani that left me feeling irritated. But, I really did enjoy this book and it left me with a sense of satisfaction that I only find on occasion after finishing a book.

I enjoyed Barrett's book, and Graham's (Books 1 & 3), but this one is my favorite so far.

Goodness! It is easy to fall for those Landry Men! *Dreamy sigh* But Lincoln is my favorite. I absolutely LOOOVVE him! His cockiness, his humor, his sexiness and his adoration for his family are all traits that made me weak in the knees. Dani (and I) never stood a chance.

Swing is a fun and flirty read and my new favorite by Adriana Locke. Eek. Loved it. I read it in one sitting.

After suffering an injury, superstar centerfielder, Lincoln Landry, is uncertain of what his future holds for the first time. On his way to physical therapy, he runs into (and follows) Danielle at her workplace a few floors from his rehab. His attraction to her is instantaneous. Used to having women throw themselves at him, he is surprised to find Dani’s not like them. He’s thrown by her rejections and it only makes Lincoln wants her more. Problem is, Dani won’t get involved with a baseball player. She knows what the game does to a family and she refuses to have that life. However, their mutual attraction is too hard to ignore. The chemistry between these two characters in and out of the bedroom was white hot. Lincoln’s personality and Dani’s wit made for a great combo. Ah! I’m super giddy after reading this book!

Aside from the light heartedness and sexiness of Swing, you also get this deeper emotional element to it. You see Lincoln struggling to find where he fits in when all he’s ever known is baseball. Then there’s Dani and the cold and heartbreaking relationship with her family. Gah! My heart hurt for this girl. The way these characters help, encourage and care for each other is just magical. So good.

After Sway, I just knew Swing was going to be amazing. Now, I’m eager for Graham’s story.

Nothing better than a hot baseball player

Amazingly sweet story. Lincoln was at a turning point in his career and could not figure out what he was missing. Danielle had more disappointment in her life than she could handle. When the two come together sparks fly and the chemistry is hot. I have fallen in love with the Landry family and cannot wait to read more.
