If you're feeling unfulfilled, aren't sure where your passions lie, or don't know the difference between a job, a career, and a calling, then this book might be for you. The Crossroads of Should and Must is by no means exhaustive, but it's inspiring and a good starting point to figuring out what you want out of life and how you want to be remembered when you die.

I've read and heard quite a bit about following your passion. But Elle's book approaches the topic in such a pure way that resonates with my spirit. There is so much color and aliveness in this book. The book had so much ART, more right brain, more spirit, more play. Scribbles, doodles, and paint splashes adorned just about every page and it not only made it super easy to read, but fit the subject matter so perfectly. I felt totally inspired and moved by Elle's book that I'd recommend it over so many others on the topic. Just because it's quick, easy to read, and feels so very important right now. I'm so glad I read it.

There's very little except quotes and a rather blithe message of "follow your dream" --it's very "living the dream in SF"

The choice of who she praises and cites is interesting -- I'm not sure Ariana Huffington would have been my first choice

Book was visually stunning, I think the author was very creative to write it in her own way. I enjoy the overall message of the book, and I definitely took something away from it. That being said, the ending of the book did not have as much of a "bang" as I was hoping for. Still great, but I would recommend something more like Big Magic if you wish to continue this creative journey. This book is better as a companion to follow up a much more defined creative living literary piece.

Reminds me of the Sark books I read in college. I think this would be of most enjoyment to late teens - twenties. Read as I am currently involved in her #the100daychallenge on Instagram.
