Harpers best book yet! I finished this in a day, around work commitments - even when I wasn’t reading it I was thinking about the characters and trying to work out what would happen next in my mind. Harper has an incredible skill for shaping vivid Australian landscape and creating uniquely standalone, and interestingly flawed characters. Not to mention her ability to form a super unexpected outcome! I’d recommend this to anyone. Full review to come.
I have SO enjoyed this audiobook! It’s a fantastic, gripping story beautifully read, highly recommended. Am now off to read more Jane Harper.

I found this Australian crime novel set in the Queensland outback completely enthralling. The characters, the mystery and the setting all came together to provide an immersive read.
An absolute page turner from start to finish. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and couldn’t put it down. A really great Australian country read, loved the characters, enjoyed the twists and turns. A really quick and great read.
