I did enjoy this, but I felt the twist was very minor compared to other Beth O’Leary books. I’m also not the biggest fan of a one conversation could fix a problem trope personally. But I did find the characters really endearing, which is always the case in Beth’s books!

The characters seem childish and the constant repetition got to me. We get it, you don't like each other. There's got to be more to a story then that. And I LOVE the enimes to lovers trope. This just fell flat completely. Disappointing as I really enjoyed the authors other books.
