This has probably been my least favourite of the series but the end brought it back up for me. It took me an insane amount of time to read this and I just found I was lacking interest. I think it could have been a good 50-100 pages shorter but I’m looking forward to seeing where the next one goes.

This was another superb book in the Explorer's Club series, I adored it. Probably the best of the series so far, so as I gave the last one 4.75 stars I'm going to have to award this one 5.
The characters are great, the setting, magic and magical creatures are incredibly imaginative and the adventures are exciting and entertaining.
The series just keeps getting better and better.
