When I saw this book was largely about having / an inability to have children, I wasn't sure if I should read it. It is not a topic I am interested in. But I'm glad I ended up giving it a go, even though I might not have been wholly invested in neither the subject nor the characters.

Such a beautifully written heartbreaking tale. Probably not something to read while I have my six week old newborn but a great story, world building & characters. You could feel the pain of all the characters & the ending helped ease the tension felt throughout reading
