3,5 stars. The writing style easily engrossed me but overall, I don't think this book did enough for me to deserve a 4 star rating.
Definitely a good read. Interesting layout that kind of attempted to attack the storyline from all angles. In the end, I feel sad for Bernadette, to have lived a life so sad for so long and to have not even been aware of it. Small unravels that eventually take their toll.

Absolutely breathtaking from start to finish. I never thought in a million years when I picked up “Where’d You Go Bernadette” that it would become one of my favorite books I have ever read. If you have not read this amazing piece of art, I beg you pick it up. I got it yesterday and read it in one day!

Qué forma tan decepcionante de arruinar lo que pudo ser algo verdaderamente emotivo y divertido, usando la forma más innecesaria, dándole tanta prioridad a los narradores más insufribles.
Me maman las historias donde una mujer desaparece y con ello inicia la búsqueda para no solo encontrarla físicamente si no también conocer a dicho personaje.
Plus siendo esta historia no un thriller si no una comedia ligera, y tocando temas interesantes como la crisis de la nediana edad en una mujer talentosa.
Como decía más arribita, la forma en que te cuentan lo sucedido, si bien es creativo (es una recopilación de e-mails, cartas, recibos) se va volviendo muy reirerativo, cansado y hasta harta que muchos de estos mensajes son de personajes que poco o nada tienen que ver con lo que en verdad nos interesa.
Pudo haber sido una historia genial pero se siente como si te contaran una historia de tercera mano y a duras penas puedes concebir todo el panorama.
