Mucho mejor que el primer trade. La forma en que se nos presentan los razonamientos de los protagonistas resultan ser muy entretenidos, y nos ayudan a generar un poco de empatía hacia cada personaje.
Ordered in from the US because Amazon UK had sold out of it and I couldn't wait for Marvel Unlimited any longer. This was beautiful, heart-breaking, but beautiful. This really ups the ante on what comics can be, even when it's still being written for a mainstream juggernaut like Marvel. Anyone with half an interest would benefit from reading this, but then it begs the question "What could possibly follow on from this?"
A complete, 2 volume Marvel title that makes sense and ends conclusively? Oh, and is brilliantly written? Impossible, you might say. The Vision, I reply.
like his previous employ with the CIA, tom king’s writing is controversial…still, despite a batman run that sounds awkward at best and libelous to the character at worst (as well as several other deserved criticisms) i’ve recently noticed a strain of fervent dislike for his 2016 vision run that conflicted with my memories of reading it in 2017, when my sentiment fell in accord with the near universally glowing reviews it had received. i’ve never been an expert on the character but it’s one of the only superhero comics i remember w any fond clarity amongst many i read around that time (although my most favorite which i have reread often has held up well).
concerning political qualms there are some minor things i find kind of ickful but i’ve ignored more in worse work, so idc

I'm gonna count it as read if I read all the encompassing issues. :)
Amazing series - great insight into the Vision, incredibly compelling story, especially for those, like me, who are sort of looking for a way into comic books.

4.5 stars. Man, this second volume was really, really good. I'm not sure why it's not 5 stars - maybe just the fact the first one didn't quite get there dragged this down a bit, but after this volume i can definitely recommend this as a read and although i don't plan to purchase, the story is worth the price of owning. Who knew so much emotion could come from synthezoids?
