Who is the Sovereign of silence? Are the Outer Solar system Scouts friend or foe? The demons sent out by Professor Tomoe are wrecking Tokyo to get haste for Pharoah 90. Can Usagi and the gang save the world again.

This volume has the return of Sailor Pluto. And we learn about the final scout, Sailor Saturn.

This volume brings a close to the S or Infinity arc of the Sailor Moon saga.

It also includes the short story that the S movie is based of off, Princess Snow Kagura. This story is about when Luna falls in live with an aspiring astronaut.

Hotaru's story is absolutely heartbreaking, and then she gets reincarnated and gets three lesbians as her parents. Also human Luna is incredibly cute.

Sailor Saturn, patron saint of goth girls everywhere.

Also, this volume really drove home (again) for me how much more adult (and at times rather horrific and violent) Sailor Moon could be, which it never got credit for later on, so often dismissed as flighty girls' fare. These ladies go through a lot, and are badasses always; respect!

5/5 stars.

These volumes remain high quality and are absolutely gorgeous to look through! This volume included my favorite side story, The Lover of Princess Kaguya and it was a treat to see the pages on such lush, HQ paper. As for the overall story, I found this one to be a little more chaotic and hard to follow than the previous volumes, but I know Takeuchi had a lot of lore to unpack with the proper introduction of Sailor Saturn. The ending is also WILD and had I not seen the anime in my childhood, it would have taken me for a loop.

It is quite easy, if you are a steady reader, to read one or two of these volumes in a weekend. This volume has an additional comic where Luna, Sailor Moon's kitty, is turned into a girl for love. Very trope. Best part, the Translation Notes.
