I have always wanted to pet a dog. Like, always. But hey, there's no problem with having my current pets. My cats would definitely love to be friend with Ben and friends.
It sure is a homage for Mary's dog, am I right? I can feel it how amazing it is to have them around you. As a
cat owner, I rarely have some playtime with them, I envy the dogs owner for having such a playful creature.
But reading this book I can imagine a bit as if I pet a dog, Mary's narrative felt so warm and real. I bet her love to her dogs are as deep as the ocean.

I am not lying or exaggerating when I tell you I cried continuously reading this. I got a little choked up after the first few poems and then I got more and more emotional, and ended the book with full sobs.
It’s not even sad, so much as beautiful and lovely and a perfect testament to dogs and their love and joy and that makes me cry.
