The story was decent, but I grew tired of the characters, they lacked depth and intrigue.

Normally I annotate books. When I’m not annotating, it usually means things get so good I can’t be bothered to stop and do so… this book has no annotations’. I was so enthralled that I couldn’t stop! I have the last book in my possession and I am so not ready for this series to end!

You learn a lot of the past Dwarves’ history and how the world came to be. In is more in depth and it all just clicks.

IT WAS SO GOOD!
onto the final boooooook!

3 stars. There were some good ideas in this book, but there was a little more space than necessary for the plot: that is, there was some filler. The plot in general was relatively weak. However, the characters remain strong, and the new ones who were introduced are quite interesting.

I'm really enjoying this story and its characters. I love the afterlife that's been constructed that part of the MCs get to go through. For some reason, the language feels too casual for an epic fantasy in this portion of the story. I appreciate how accessible it is, but this time it felt too casual.
