This was an interesting read! Some chapters were certainly more interesting than others but that didn't really surprise me. I really appreciated the inclusion of snippets of the actual interviews with people who worked in the Sit Room in the audiobook; I thought it was a nice touch to be able to hear the staff's voices while they told their stories.
