Started off super solid then just progressively got worse. What can I say though my standards for romance have gone down so much lately.

I’ll be honest. When I first opened this book on my kindle, I almost balked at the page count (574, although about 40 of them made up the bonus chapters). But despite that, the writing flowed pretty nicely and I was seldom bored reading.
Chase was an absolute sweetheart inside and out, backwards and forwards. It’s like Avery has a camera in my head because he was pretty much what my dream man would be. I loved that he was a bit on the cocky side without going too overboard with it, and was also attentive to Bailey’s feelings. He really was top tier.
I loved Bailey’s character development, and what an attractive couple she and Chase made. In the grand scheme of things, their communication was pretty good. They were understanding and super supportive of one another.
There was a wide, diverse range of characters. There were some characters I loved and others I loved to hate. One thing’s for sure: they were all interesting in some way.
There were some parts that were a little slow, but I loved Chase so much I’m willing to forgive that.
