I really enjoyed the first 3/4 of this book and read it in a few days. The last 1/4 was harder to get through and the last 100 pages felt very very rushed and flat compared to the emotions in the first half.

Meh pretty bland. Skipped whole pages just to get to the end. The whole climax was completely out of the blue and didn’t add enough angst.

I am a sucker for hockey romance and was completely captivated by this audio book of Offside by Avery Keelan. I was looking for my next audio read and found this in my Audible library even though I have no recollection of purchasing it. This was such a pleasant surprise for me as I quickly sped through the romance between Chase and Bailey. Overall this was a really entertaining read and an unsuspected surprise from my audio library.

This book was so incredibly sweet! I am OBSESSED with walking green flag, Chase Carter, despite his history, he met his woman and settled the fuck on down!!! Chase Carter is obsessed with his girl. Bailey James is one lucky gal. This book was hockey romance perfection.
Tropes include: college romance, sports romance, grumpy x sunshine, he falls first and HARD, protective MMC
