I was intrigued to see a new take on one of my favourite Marvel heroes. While this is a fun light read at times I felt that it was trying a bit too hard. In saying this, the intended audience for this comic is much younger than myself and I have to say that if I had read this at 13 I’m sure I would have been delighted.

A jubilant take on a young sciencey Wasp, and paired with Ms. Marvel (and a diverse crew of recruits) is just what I wanted.

3.5. Quite a bit of set up, we don't really see much of the Wasp in action until the final issue. Good premise with some nice comedic moments. This series has some real potential.

This was absolutely ADORABLE! This is this first comic I've ever seen Nadia in and I wasn't completely sure I would enjoy it but I totally did. Nadia is a character with a pretty awful past but chooses to make the most of life and making new friends while she does. I loved meeting the new characters and I can't wait for them all to meet each other and doing as the book says "change the world" Whitley is such a perfect writer for this series and Charretier's art is fabulous.

I loved this so much! I really need my nieces and nephews to read this. It has a great message and explains the "old boys club" in a way that kids can explain. I love strong female protagonists! Plus, it was super funny (to my nerdy self anyway).

21/2, eh? I like aspects of this, but I feel like it is very steeped in Marvel the Universe and, despite reading the occasional series or two, that's just not my jam. Nadia is very charming though, and I'm sorry that the series has already been cancelled.
