Finally! This book (at least the first half) has the momentum that the first two books lacked. By now, we're enthralled with the cast of characters and the big battle is stunning. However, the battle ends, and we're still halfway through the page count, giving Lord of the Rings super long ending vibes. The ending just keeps going. I liked it, I enjoyed the content, I just question the choice. I liked where all the characters ended up except for Zannian, I wish he was offered more, I guess I'm a bit like Amero in that way. It would have been nice in the epilogue to show that Amero's theory was correct and there was some good in there.
