 Look I did find the book enjoyable though I wished the climax was more climatic and foreshadowed. But I will not understand my best friend who loves this book and wants to go to the academy. Girl, you can’t bring cute stationary to the academy let alone feel safe there! 

Also, I found the pirated audiobook version (and the ebook) of the book (and the sequel “Hunting November”) so helpful. The accents were easier to differentiate with the audiobook.

Hat einige Ähnlichkeiten zu Night School, ist aber viel oberflächlicher und eher abenteuerlich und düster als mysteriös. Die Geschichte war recht voraus sehbar. In mir hat sie ein sehr beklemmendes Gefühl ab dem letzten Drittel ausgelöst (ähnlich wie Angst). Die Sprecherin war sehr gut. Ich kann mir weder vorstellen, das Hörbuch noch einmal zu hören, oder den zweiten Teil zu lesen (findet wohl nicht mehr auf der Academy statt). Die Menschen waren mir zu wenig komplex. An sich aber kein schlechtes Buch.

loved this book! I couldn’t put it down, finished it in a day and a half. It’s a bit sad the book isn’t more popular. Would definitely recommend to those who enjoy fast passes thrillers that keep you on your toes :)
