1 🌶
Audiobook (Dramatized, full cast) 4.5 ⭐️
"Through love, all is possible."
This quote and the meaning in the book had me in tears. So. Many. Tears.
Lehabah (LeLe) you will forever have a piece of my heart.
Bryce, you are one hell of an FMC! And Hunt...goddammit, YES!!!! 🤌🏻
This book was EVERYTHING I didn't know I needed and I devoured all of it. Yes, it is slow-paced, but TRUST the SJM process.

Sooo Goooood!!! I'm listening to this on graphic audio after reading the Throne of Glass and ACOTAR series and I am already loving it. Just shy of 5 stars because of how confusing the world building is. Graphic Audio did make it easier though 100% recommend
I spent the first 30-40% of this book just vibing because it was a lot of information to take in. I knew the main characters and that was it. Really benefitted listening to this with the background music and noises, I just know if I read the book it would have put me into a slump because of all the new names, places, and fast pace. For a fantasy book it really just throws you in and takes a while for it to click. Vibes were good though and I know the characters. Can I tell you what the houses are, who belongs to them, and how to spell people's name? HAHA don't make me laugh
So far (and I'm only half way through the first book) Bryce is my favourite FMC of Sarahs. Aelin took a while to warm up to, Feyre (I love her) went through the typical girl to queen story in a fantasy book. Bryce is so different. She is strong, funny and witty, relatable, fierce. I love her character, I really enjoy reading from her POV
I like all the other characters too. You can see their flaws and motives, relationships with Bryce and each other. But I swear these characters are one of three things, angsty, horny, or high
Also loving the fantasy modern world. I haven't read many fantasy books where fae, werewolves, and monsters, live in the same time as phones, clubs, and cars. Excluding romances and the Mortal Instruments. It's really refreshing and done in a good way. Who knew I would devour a murder mystery/buddy cop/found family book
I'm interested to see where the series is going. I can guess what is going to happen in this book, I mean, the main character always ends up being the chosen one, so I can see what is happening there and all the foreshadowing. I don't know about the murders though or what the third act revelation will be. And it has to be good because this is a Sarah J. Maas book and shit always goes down in the last 100 pages. Excited
Although ACOTAR will always hold a special place in my heart, if this series goes well, I can see it overtaking top spot. Already like it more than Throne of Glass. Azriel is still number one! But Ruhn has potential... maybe...
And as always. I love graphic audios and will always recommend them. The production is fantastic and it really is a movie in your mind haha. So much fun!
I cannot believe that Danika died! And Connor and the whole pack!!! I know from online a few characters and pairings but no way did I know Danika died so early. I literally sat up with my jaw dropped not believing what I was hearing. Then it jumped to two years later! IT WAS SO SAD. I FEEL SO BAD FOR BRYCE. She is an angst queen, and I do love angst. But that early?!!! and for the whole book!!!
