Frank would do anything for his pack. However, he feels his pack, especially his alpha, gave up on him while he was in prison for 5 years. One night while out on perimeter duty, he runs across a scent that has his wolf taking notice & damn if it doesn't have his tail in a twist. He can't get enough of that smell. He tracks it only to run across a female wolf, Delilah. He wants her, but he threatens her that if she ever shows back up on the land owned by his pack that she will be his. Delilah's wolf wants Frank, but Delilah can't give in no matter what. He finds a picture of someone he knows well, & the photo was taken by the WSSO. It's of Kara, his alpha's mate. He believes that she's working for the WSSO & she's taken to see Damien. Kara sees Delilah-her sister & they reunite for the first time since their entire pack was killed. Delilah is keeping secrets from everybody & knows that if any of it is ever found out that she will lose the one person that she has always loved. When Delilah takes it upon herself to save a child of the pack, someone very special to Frank, she doesn't hesitate in doing whatever she has to to save her. There's a treaty on the line with the government & Delilah is the key factor in whether the DSA (Department of Shifter Affairs) & the federal government. If she's not turned over alive or her dead body shown, the treaty will not move forward. Frank refuses to give up hope & he knows she is going to be his. She just needs to accept that.

This has been a great series. All of the men are super HOT & the women are all strong & feisty. Frank is a man with many layers & will do anything for those he loves. Delilah is strong & spunky. They are both a little bit broken from their times in prison. They have to learn to let go of their past, struggle for control of their current lives, and demand a happily ever after. Put this entire series on your TBR list. You won't be disappointed.
