Read for my book club, was predictable and slow. Many reviews say the ending was surprising but it was not for me at all, especially when the booster gets mentioned on the first few pages of the book.
I wasn't into the ghost aspect of the book, or the "if we yell loud enough they can hear us" piece, and thrillers make me feel I need to read the book all in one sitting - which I did.
Elements were good, but overall it was lacking

A serial killer is on the loose who charms his victim to their dead. The victims left in between life and death uncertain what to do with their existence now that their lives are lost and a killer is still out there claiming innocent lives.
This fast pace paranormal thriller follows the victims as they watch over the ones who are solving their murder and the one who took their life from them. They try to help being justice to their deaths and prevent the innocent deaths of others. I found myself cheering the characters on and fearing for them as well.
This is my first book by this author but it will not be my last by this author.
