Can’t wait for the next one! It’s fun to read the backstories in print!

Apparently bought the wrong sequel but it was very enjoyable non the less. The introductions of Percy and Pike were amazing.

Pike joins the group and they go to find Grog. They stop a ritual being performed in him and bury his Dad's skeleton.

I want to read all of this from start to finish immediately. I feel like the gang's back together again even though this is technically the beginning. I also can't wait to dive a little further into everyone's backgrounds and personalities in print.

This was a fun, fast and engaging read. I love having the issues collected into a volume where I can read the whole adventure at once. Can't wait for the next one.

Personally thought this was a big improvement over Vol. 1 (which I still enjoyed), for the following reasons:
1. Vex was much more in character the way Laura Bailey plays her.
2. Pike and Percy!
3. Just everything Keyleth did with her terrible Charisma stat.
I was a little bit sad that Percival introduced himself and then suggested VM call him Percy. There was a suggestion in the Kraghammer arc that he was sort of fondly resigned to it, and I hoped Keyleth or Vax might have started it. Also I gotta admit I was expecting a little more from Percy's introduction overall. Pike was seriously the best, though!
